Sacred Fortitude in V Rising: how to get

In addition to sunlight, there are several types of damage that you can take in V Rising. One of these damage types is Holy Radiation. This is a powerful effect that can quickly lead to HP loss and death.

Holy radiation is not a problem when you travel through the Farbane Forest, but once you get to the Danlí Farmlands, you should definitely be ready to fight it. In this guide, we’re going to look at how to get Holy Radiation resistance so you don’t take too much damage. First, let’s look at where you can be exposed to Holy Radiation.

Places with sacred radiation

Holy radiation damage naturally occurs near religious buildings such as Danlí Monastery. When approaching these places, you will receive Holy Radiation damage, which means that you can die before you even get inside.

When you are about to take damage from Sacred Emission, the edges of the screen will begin to glow; you will have a few seconds to back off before you start taking heavy damage.

You can also take damage from holy radiation during the fight with Cristina the Priestess of the Sun. Luckily, if you keep your distance from her and use ranged attacks, you won’t take any damage from Holy Radiation.

Holy Fortitude Potion Recipe Unlock

The best way to prevent Holy Radiation is with a Holy Radiation Resistance Potion. This potion is unlocked after defeating Christina the Sun Priestess, a level 44 boss. As you can see, there’s a little catch here: Christina deals Holy Emission damage, but to get the potion, you’ll need to defeat her.

To deal with Christina the Priestess of the Sun, we recommend preparing by using attacks such as Chaos Volley, which will allow you to avoid her Sacred Emission attacks and attack from afar. We also recommend using an iron weapon, which has three different attacks that you can use.

Tip: Sun Priestess Christina can be found on the paths between Dawn Village and Danlí Monastery. Be sure to follow her scent to find her quickly.

After defeating her, you will receive the recipe for a potion of holy fortitude, as well as the following recipes.

  • Glass
  • Empty glass bottle
