There are several steps to disable motion blur in Tower of Fantasy on PC. First, launch the game and open Settings. Go to the “Display” section and click “Advanced settings” to drop down more options. Scroll down to “Post Production” and set it to “Low”. Exit the game.
Then open File Explorer and find:
- “C:\ Users\ *Username*\ AppData\ Local\ Hotta\ Saved\ Config\ WindowsNoEditor”.
Right-click on the file and open it with Notepad. Scroll to the very bottom of the file and put these two lines of text:
Hopefully, in the future, the game developers will make it so that players can simply turn off motion blur in Settings without having to modify the game files themselves. Luckily, this isn’t too difficult if you have a simple clue to find where to paste the above text. Motion blur isn’t the first simple feature to be completely missing from the user experience.
