Build DS (Demonic Sacrifice) is the main lock build in raids. You summon a succubus, then use Demonic Sacrifice and get a huge increase in damage and talent rout.

Solo target

AOE

In AOE situations, your best spell would be Hell fire, however it must be used if there are more than 3 targets. To maximize damage, put Corruption on all targets and fill them with Hellfire. If the targets are very scattered and far from each other, use damage and Curse of Agony (if it exists).
