There are two types of careers in The Sims 4: careers in the base game and those that were introduced later with the expansion pack. The Culinary career is one of the first. If players enjoy cooking and making drinks, they will enjoy this job.
Like every other career in The Sims 4, cooking has daily quests, and later there will be promotion quests. These tasks, if completed, will make it much easier for your Sim to get promoted. In addition, upon reaching the sixth level, the career will be divided into two branches. In the following article, Sims will be given information about the Culinary Career.
How to End the Cooking Career in The Sims 4
The easiest way to get into the Culinary profession is to click the Find a Job button in the Career panel. Another way is to answer the phone and select Find a Job under the Job Category (the one that looks like a suitcase). After that, just select “Cook” and the Sim will start working.

In order to get promoted faster, players should make their Sims work hard when they leave for work, as this will increase the productivity meter. Upon reaching the sixth level, the culinary career will be divided into two branches: chef and mixologist. Sims can choose one that suits their Sim’s aspiration, whether it’s to become a top chef or a mixologist.
In order to complete the daily challenge, Sims should get their Sim to cook great meals, as this will help a lot in promotions. An inspired Sim is more likely to create great food.

Culinary Career Tips
When choosing traits in Create A Sim (CAS), players can choose traits that will help their Sim in that career. For example, the Gourmet trait allows a Sim to watch cooking shows looking for ideas.
This will inspire the Sim to cook. Additionally, this trait allows a Sim to learn cooking techniques on any computer or laptop to increase their cooking skill. All this will help Sims move up the career ladder faster.
Food Craving grants Essence of Flavor, which makes Sims cook great meals more often.
If players are impatient and prefer the easy way out, there are a few cheats to help you out. First, open the cheat console by pressing:
- PC: Ctrl+Shift+C
- Mac: Command+Shift+C
- PlayStation: R1+R2+L1+L2
- Xbox One: All four shoulder buttons
After that enter
After entering one of them, The Sims 4 cheat codes will be enabled. To get promoted in Cooking, players need to write the following cheat:
Simers can continue to enter the same cheat until they reach the desired level in their career.
