All flowers and plants for Malo in Stray: where to find

Stray has several nodal zones that are generally free of danger. They break up the often life-threatening situations you and the B-12 will find yourself in as you make your way to the surface. These hubs often have side quests and collectibles to keep you busy while visiting.

The anthill is no different, although compared to the slums it is much smaller. In fact, there are not many side activities to indulge in, although there is one notable one – collecting plants. The botanist at the end of this area is looking for some plants and you need to get them. Here is where you can find them.

Note: All plants can be found before you get to the botanist and are all off the beaten path (more or less). However, you won’t be able to take any of the plants until B-12 has processed the story reveal.

Where to find red plant

The red plant can be found almost immediately, although you won’t be able to grab it right away. When you first enter the anthill, there are a couple of robots playing dominoes. Next to them is a bucket lift.

Jump into the bucket, ride it down and go through the pipes to the tree with red flowers. Interact with the tree to get a red plant.

Where to find the purple plant

The purple plant can be taken immediately after the red one. Just go back to the robots playing dominoes and you will see a tree branch sticking out of the village. Look to the left and you will see purple flowers blooming on it.

All you have to do is walk along the branch and pick the flower. Everything is simple.

Where to find yellow plant

The last plant is the hardest to find, simply because it’s the only one out of sight. Keep climbing the anthill until you reach the bar. Reach the end of the bar and you will see a pipe that you can jump onto.

Jump on the pipe and follow it until you come across a yellow plant. This is the last plant you need to complete the quest.

Take the plants to the robot botanist Malo

When you have all three plants, you will only have to return to the botanist and give them away. She will reward you with a badge for completing the quest.
